North Sonar S208 Stabilizer

The Sonar Foil System's new S208 Stabilizer is the perfect upgrade for experienced riders. Its higher aspect ratio and flatter rondure (front view) provide less drag, allowing for increased manoeuvrability. The North stabs are mounted on top of the fuselage, preventing turbulent flow from the front wing and giving the rider an early breach warning. Pre-preg carbon construction ensures optimal stiffness, rigidity and direct performance. The thin profile section reduces drag, while the material properties help maintain structural integrity. As you progress to smaller wing sizes, we recommend changing to a smaller stabilizer to be more manoeuvrable. A new tail has the potential to significantly improve your style and performance.
