Do you want to train outdoors? Come join Wakestyle’s SUP Bootcamp! A new high-intensity training; on the water. In groups of 2 people per SUP we will alternate various muscle exercises with an interval training. From sit ups to squats, a full body workout where you work on strength, technique, endurance and balance.
Keep in mind that you will get wet! So make sure to bring a towel and a dry set of clothes.

From Sunday 25 July every Sunday morning from 10.00 till 11.00 on the Spiegelplas in Nederhorst Den Berg.
From Saturday 31 July every Saturday morning from 10.30 till 11.30 in Naarden Vesting.

Because there are only 8 places available per lesson, you must book in advance. The price includes use of SUP.
