Our SUP class is basically a 2 day course and is ment for people with little or no experience at all with StandUp Paddling but who would like to learn the basics of supping the right way. In the first lesson we focus on the basic principles of supping with an extra focus on balance and posture. In the second lesson we focus on paddle technique and posture and check whether you master all the required parts during a short tour.
SUP classes start with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 participants.
Board and paddle are included in the price. A wetsuit can be rented at an additional cost.
